TICKETING

Who is Know Other Festival for?

Know Other Festival is created by and for LGBTQ+ women, trans, nonbinary, and gender expansive people. This is communicated clearly across every touchpoint, from our marketing and messaging to the ticket purchase process. When you buy a ticket, you are opting into a shared agreement about the kind of space we are co-creating together. Whether this is your first queer festival or you've been finding your community here for years, you belong here.

How do you enforce this?

We lead with intention, not interrogation. Our community understands who this space is for and they actively protect it because they know how rare it is. We also have a safety team onsite to address any situation where someone's presence compromises the wellbeing of our community. Culture is the enforcement.

What is the Known Alumni program?

Here's to our family! Known Alumni receive exclusive offers and access to presale tickets before they go on sale to the general public. The best part? Alumni are automatically known, no registration required!

Can I refund my ticket?

Refunds are not available. Transfers are available, email us for assistance.

Can I resell or transfer my ticket?

Yes!  Transfers available, email us for assistance.

Are there any one day passes?

We don't offer single day passes. If you're looking for a shorter experience, our Weekender festival ticket is a two day option and the best choice for those who aren't able to commit to the full festival. Please note that if you do leave early, re-entry is not permitted.

Are payment plans available?

Yes! We never want cost to be the reason you can't be in community. Through Afterpay, you can secure your spot and spread the cost over time with flexible payment plan options including 4 interest-free payments, 6 monthly payments, or 12 monthly payments. To get started, select Afterpay at checkout and follow the prompts.

It means honoring the land and the community by packing out what you bring in. Joshua Tree is a fragile desert ecosystem, and we have a responsibility to leave it better than we found it. This space is our shared sanctuary, and keeping it clean ensures we can return year after year.
